SHIPPING AND RETURNS FAQ

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

It will normally take us between 3 and 5 days to process your order and ship the product. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail or courier service. We will send it tracked and signed for, where available. Please allow a further 3 to 5 days for delivery following despatch confirmation. We do not process orders or delivery on weekends or during public holidays.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

For UK small deliveries a flat fee of £5.50 is charged during checkout, this is clearly stated on each product within the store area, however if your order contains several items, or is a larger item there will be a higher delivery cost, this will be stated before you checkout, please ensure you are happy with the delivery cost before proceeding. If those shipping costs are unacceptable then we would be happy to cancel the order and issue a refund. If you do not confirm acceptance of the quoted shipping costs within 7 days (or if we do not receive payment for delivery within 7 days following your acceptance) we reserve the right to cancel the order. If you prefer, you can contact us prior to placing the order so that we can confirm the shipping costs.

CAN ITEMS BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes but please read the section above regarding shipping costs. Please note that you will be responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees levied outside of the UK. Furthermore, where shipping costs are agreed with you after order placement, we will not ship until we have received payment for the agreed costs from you.

 HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ITEM IS SHIPPED?

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped.   If you have any concerns regarding shipping, feel free to contact us.

CAN ITEMS BE RETURNED?

Items can be returned if they are damaged or incorrect. We will refund the cost of the item and the shipping costs as long as the items are returned within 30 days, are unused and are in the original packaging (unless that packaging is damaged in which the items should be packed in a manner that will ensure they are safely shipped back to us). Prior to returning any items, we request that you contact us at nicolagillis@gmail.com so that we can discuss any issues with you. 

If the items are not damaged or incorrect but you decide that you no longer want them, then we accept returns as long as you email us within 14 days of receiving the items and then return the items in their original packaging within 14 days following the date of your email. Following receipt of the item we will refund the price for the item (but not the shipping costs). We can only provide a refund if the items are unused and undamaged upon their return.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

Where you are eligible for a refund, we will credit the card which you used to purchase the items.

Nothing affects your statutory rights.
