Description

Handmade stoneware cup set of 5 with ash glaze and oxide abstract marks. Each cup has unique exterior oxide marks (see images). The set has been hand chosen to complement each other.

All cups hold approx 170g or 6oz, and have a tapered base and wider rim. Thrown on my Shimpo wheel using grogged stoneware clay in my garden studio in Brighton. The cups surfaces are covered in a dolomite/ash glaze, and pattern/wax resisted black surface marks, all of which are unique. Standing at approximately 7cm high, the cups are perfect for a morning coffee, water or at this time of year, perfect for mulled wine.

The cups shown in the image will be the cups you receive.

Hand wash is recommended to prolong use, although all my products are dishwasher and microwave safe.

Each piece has been thrown and glazed by hand. Due to the handmade nature, there are variations and irregularities across the set in terms of size and shape.
